THIS REQUIREMENT IS FULL AND OPEN. THE NAICS CODE IS 722310, FOOD SERVICE CONTRACTORS, WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF $38.5 MILLION. FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES THIS CONTRACT IS A FOLLOW-ON CONTRACT TO EP-D-17-022 WITH PERKINS MANAGEMENT SERVICES. THE CONTRACT WILL CONSIST OF A BASE PERIOD OF TWELVE (12) MONTHS, WITH FOUR (4) ADDITIONAL TWELVE-MONTH OPTION PERIODS. THE SOLICITATION AND CONTRACT WILL ALSO INCLUDE FAR 52.217-8, WHICH ALLOWS FOR THE GOVERNMENT TO EXTEND SERVICES FOR UP TO 6 MONTHS. THE RESULTANT CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SOLICITATION PROCEDURES OUTLINED IN FAR PART 15, CONTRACTING BY NEGOTIATION.
