Our current posture

FastDOL does not sellpersonal information as “sell” is defined in Cal. Civ. Code §1798.140(ad), and has not done so in the past 12 months. We also do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined in §1798.140(ah).

FastDOL serves no third-party advertising and sets no ad-network cookies on any page, so no “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising occurs. The opt-out below still governs the analytics scripts we do use. If advertising is ever introduced, it would be gated on the cookie banner and on this opt-out, and we would update this notice first.

Opt out on this device

The control below is the single switch that governs whether any third-party analytics scripts load on your visits from this browser. It flips the same cookie-consent state that the “Reject” button on our cookie banner sets — they are interchangeable.

Loading status…

If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it as a valid opt-out request per CPRA §1798.135(b)(1) — the control above will already show you as opted out without any click required. Major browsers and the Brave / DuckDuckGo / Firefox privacy preferences expose GPC as a built-in setting.

Account-level opt-out

The control above is per-device. If you have a FastDOL account and want a full erasure of your data, see the Danger Zone on your account page, or email privacy@fastdol.com with a deletion request. See our privacy policy for the rest of your CCPA / CPRA rights and how to exercise each one.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit this request on your behalf with written authorization. For agent-submitted requests, email privacy@fastdol.com with the agent’s contact information and the signed authorization. We may contact you directly to verify the designation.

Non-discrimination

Per Cal. Civ. Code §1798.125, we will not deny service, charge a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised this opt-out. Free accounts remain free; paid features remain available at the same price.
