PRICING: THE CONTRACTOR S PRICES FOR THE GOVERNMENT SHALL BE AS LOW AS OR LOWER THAN THOSE CHARGED TO THE CONTRACTOR S MOST FAVORED CUSTOMER FOR COMPARABLE QUANTITIES UNDER SIMILAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. ADDITIONALLY, ANY DISCOUNTS FOR PROMPT PAYMENT SHALL ALSO BE STATED. 4. PURCHASE LIMITATION: NO INDIVIDUAL CALL UNDER THIS BPA SHALL EXCEED $25,000.00. 5. NOTICE OF INDIVIDUALS AUTHORIZED TO PURCHASE UNDER THE BPA AND DOLLAR LIMITATIONS: A LIST OF INDIVIDUALS AUTHORIZED TO PLACE CALLS AGAINST THIS BPA, IDENTIFIED BY ORGANIZATIONAL COMPONENT AND THE DOLLAR LIMITATIONS PER PURCHASE FOR EACH ORGANIZATION, SHALL BE FURNISHED TO THE CONTRACTOR BY THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AFTER AWARD OF THE POTENTIAL BPA(S). 6. DELIVERY TICKETS: ALL SUPPLIERS/SERVICES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY SERVICE/DELIVERY TICKETS OR SALES SLIPS, WHICH SHALL CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: A. NAME OF CONTRACTOR. B. BPA NUMBER. C. DATE OF PURCHASE. D. PURCHASE NUMBER. E. ITEMIZED LIST OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES FURNISHED. F. QUANTITY, UNIT PRICE, AND EXTENSION OF EACH ITEM, LESS APPLICABLE DISCOUNTS (UNIT PRICES AND EXTENSIONS NEED NOT BE SHOWN WHEN INCOMPATIBLE WITH THE USE OF AUTOMATED SYSTEMS, PROVIDED THAT THE INVOICE IS ITEMIZED TO SHOW THIS INFORMATION). G. DATE OF DELIVERY OR SHIPMENT. 7. INVOICES: A. AN ITEMIZED INVOICE SHALL BE SUBMITTED AT LEAST MONTHLY OR UPON EXPIRATION OF THIS BPA, WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST, FOR ALL DELIVERIES MADE DURING A BILLING PERIOD IDENTIFYING THE DELIVERY TICKETS COVERED THEREIN, STATING THE TOTAL DOLLAR VALUE OF THE PERIOD, AND SUPPORTED BY RECEIPT COPIES OF THE DELIVERY TICKETS TO THE CONTRACTING SPECIALIST. B. ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE THROUGH GPC. 8. PAYING OFFICE: PAYMENT WILL BE MADE BY: GPC 9. FUNDING: THIS WILL BE AN UNFUNDED BPA. FUNDS WILL BE CITED ON EACH INDIVIDUAL CALL PLACED AGAINST THIS BPA. 10. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE: INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE SHALL BE MADE BY THE CONTRACTING OFFICER OR THE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CONTRACTING OFFICER. 11. UNAUTHORIZED CALLS: SERVICES PROVIDED HEREIN AND CALLED FOR BY AN INDIVIDUAL NOT AUTHORIZED TO PLACE CALLS BY THE CONTRACTING OFFICER CONSTITUTES AN UNAUTHORIZED CALL AND AN ACT OF THE CONTRACTOR S OWN UNDERTAKING. THE GOVERNMENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS OR DAMAGES AS A RESULT THEREOF. 12. CALLS: CALLS WILL BE MADE ELECTRONICALLY OR VERBALLY BY AUTHORIZED CALLERS ONLY, A LIST OF AUTHORIZED CALLERS WILL BE GIVEN TO CONTRACTORS UPON AWARD.
