THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE THE RECORD KEEPING WITH THE FEMA BILLETING STAFF THAT ARE IDENTIFIED BY THE CONTRACTING OFFICER I.E. JASON J. QUIGLEY. AT NO TIME SHALL ANYONE BE ALLOW TO CHECK INTO THESE BLOCKED ROOMS UNDER THE FEMA CONTRACT WITH PERMISSION OF THE CONTRACTING OFFICER OR THE APPOINTED BILLETING STAFF THAT ARE IDENTIFIED BY THE CONTRACTING OFFICER. INVOICES SHALL BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS AFTER TIME OF AWARD AND NO SOONER THAN 14 DAYS AFTER TIME OF AWARD AND ARE SUBJECT TO THE GOVERNMENTS PROMPT PAYMENT ACT, WHICH STIPULATES PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF AN INVOICE.
