ECFH PROVIDES INTEGRATED HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO MORE THAN 21,000 PATIENTS THROUGH ALMOST 90,000 ENCOUNTERS VIA A NETWORK OF PRIMARY CARE CLINICS THAT CONSIST OF 3 DENTAL CLINICS, 9 SCHOOL-BASED HEALTH CENTERS, AND 13 MEDICAL CLINICS. ECFH’S MAT PROGRAM WAS LAUNCHED ABOUT 13 YEARS AGO AND SERVED 925 UNIQUE PATIENTS IN 2020 (MANY OF WHOM ARE LONG-TERM PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS). THE PROJECT WILL SUPPORT ECFH TO LAUNCH A DEDICATED INTEGRATED ADDICTIONS DEPARTMENT THAT WILL BE LED BY AN 0.5 FTE DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR / PROJECT DIRECTOR TO OVERSEE DEPARTMENT AND STAFF ACTIVITIES.
